Returns and Refunds

All our Point of Sale equipment has a warranty of one year (unless otherwise stated). If the item is faulty on arrival, we will reimburse courier costs for the return. In the event of a hardware fault during the warranty period, this must be reported to us as soon as possible and the item returned to us as soon as possible. In the case of any hardware fault that may occur during the warranty period, our policy is to repair, replace or refund and to abide by all relevant legislation under the Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Guarantees Act and the Laybys Act. We provide you with a relief machine while we get your machine mended because keeping your business running smoothly is important to us.

We can also provide extended warranties up to 36 months for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7 day right of exchange for an item of equal or higher value, and on selected items, a 7 day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return the item for a refund due to buyers remorse (product works as it should, but buyer wants to return product because money is needed, etc) the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery minus 20% restocking fee. Only items returned in the same condition they were sold will be considered.
